And we believe that they don’t lie
But who are”they” to tell us this
Who conducted this research
Who placed all of this information
In so many distributed textbooks
We read and read and discover things
We discover we are part of their ongoing tests
And then we start to think to yourself
We think we fit their current mold
So our future is laid out as we speak
They say I will not make make

But I refuse to be another number

Just because I grew up this way

Doesn’t mean I’m smarter or dumber than the rest
