I screamed it to the wind last night
It was carried on to you
Three words that described every ounce of feeling
I ever had for you

They left my lips so slowly
And once they left me I was so cold
But I can’t deny the truth I feel
For those three words come from my soul

A feeling that I never knew
And wonder if I will feel again
Three words I thought I would never utter
Yet now I say them silently in my head

Starts with “I”
And ends with “you”
Those two I won’t deny
But the missing word is complicated and leaves my emotions tied
